The easiest way to help the town of Phil Campbell is to donate directly to the town’s Long Term Recovery Committee. The committee is comprised of residents from Phil Campbell and the surrounding county as well as representatives from local and regional organizations. The recovery committee established subcommittees focused on specific subject matter to assess the community’s needs and interests and to develop key recovery projects in accordance with community issues, interests and populations.
Currently the Long Term Recovery Committee is in the process of obtaining 501(c)(3) status so they can accept donations as a nonprofit. As soon as they achieve this status and establish their own Paypal account we will post this information to the website so users can easily donate to help the community.
